Have a look at the top high school girls' lacrosse teams in the Bucks County area
We rank the top 10 girls' lacrosse teams in the area heading into the season (in order).
1. Germantown Academy
The Patriots play in the rugged Inter-Academic League, which Episcopal Academy won the last two seasons, and should be in contention for the league crown after an 11-5 mark a year ago. Senior Emma Goodwin, already a 100-plus career goal scorer, leads the way.
2. Pennsbury
The Falcons qualified for the PIAA District One Class 3A tournament and won their preliminary game before being eliminated. They also shared the Suburban One League National Conference title with North Penn and finished with a 14-5 record. Junior attack Grace Holmes is a dominant three-year starter.
3. North Penn
The Maidens qualified for the PIAA District One Class 3A tournament and won their preliminary game before being eliminated. They also shared the SOL National Conference title with Pennsbury and finished with a 13-6 record.
4. Upper Moreland
The Golden Bears placed third at the PIAA District One Class 2A tournament and qualified for the PIAA tournament, finishing with a 19-4 record. Junior Annalise Messina is solid at midfield and will be a team leader.

Pennridge finished the season 12-8. Senior midfielder Ava Fantaskey leads a strong returning senior group.

8. Central Bucks West
The Bucks qualified for the PIAA District One Class 3A tournament and lost their preliminary game to Kennett to finish the season 9-6. They return a young, but experienced, nucleus of players.
9. Lansdale Catholic
The Crusaders had a superb 13-6 mark a year ago but are hindered by the fact that PIAA District 12 Class 2A only receives one PIAA championship slot so they did not qualify. Plus, defending PIAA champion, and fellow Philadelphia Catholic League foe, Archbishop Carroll, is also a roadblock.
10. Dock Mennonite
The Pioneers qualified for the PIAA District One Class 2A tournament but lost in the opening round to eventual district runner-up Bishop Shanahan. Senior midfielder Abby Mellinger will help lead the way.
