Make that four straight regular season wins for Buffalo over Kansas City.
It was another classic in the Patrick Mahomes-Josh Allen rivalry as the Bills won 30-21 to hand Kansas City their first loss of the season, continuing the Miami Dolphins' now 51-year old streak of being the only team in the Super Bowl era to finish a season unbeaten.
Josh Allen's 26-yard touchdown run sealed the deal for the Bills who remained firmly in the hunt for the No. 1 seed in the AFC.
Allen finished 27-of-40 for 262 yards and a passing touchdown to go along with 55 yards on the ground and the rushing TD. The Buffalo defense was excellent as well, holding the Chiefs to just 259 yards of total offense and turning Kansas City over twice.
In Santa Clara, the Seahawks stole one from the 49ers on a late Geno Smith touchdown run to win 20-17. The Cardinals, at 6-4, are leading the NFC West, with the Rams, 49ers and Seahawks all at 5-5 in the crowded division. And in Denver, the Broncos made short work of the Falcons, 38-6. Bo Nix threw for more than 300 yards and for four touchdown passes in the win that gets Denver over .500 and they're firmly in the playoff chase in the AFC with their rookie quarterback.
Kansas City marches right down the field and responds with a touchdown
It was like clockwork. The Chiefs picked up six first downs on the drive — one via a pass interference penalty in the end zone — to set up a 1-yard TD pass from Patrick Mahomes to Noah Gray for his second touchdown catch of the game.
Mahomes to Gray for the second time! @Chiefs pull within two.
Josh Allen finds Curtis Samuel to extend the Bills lead
After the PAT, Kansas City now trails by nine with just under 13 minutes to play. The Chiefs still to have some life and have trailed in every game this season, including four times at the half before this game against Buffalo — and for the moment, they're still unbeaten.
Josh Allen to Curtis Samuel extends the Bills' lead!

Kenneth Walker III puts Seattle back ahead against San Fran
11 plays in 70 yards and Walker punches it in for Seattle to jump back ahead, 13-10.
Bills close the half with a Tyler Bass field goal to take a 16-14 lead
Three lead changes in the third quarter, but between these two teams, what else could we have expected? Buffalo will receive the second half kickoff and try to pad that lead when the third quarter gets started.
This time its Tony Franklin on the receiving end of the Bo Nix touchdown pass. Nix has been brilliant today — 21-of-25 for 216 yards and three touchdowns and Javonte Williams has nine carries for 53 yards on the ground. Denver has looked fantastic from the opening kickoff.
Another one! Bo Nix and the @Broncos are rolling 🔥
Kansas City capitalizes on the turnover with a Noah Gray touchdown
It came down to a 3rd and Goal, but the Chiefs problem solve around the Bills defense. Travis Kelce doesn't have a catch and Ju-Ju Smith-Schuster and DeAndre Hopkins have a combined one target, but the Chiefs are ahead, 14-13 late in the second quarter in Buffalo.
Its not just the 4th down stop, but Buffalo was in field goal range and chose to go for it, and after the return, the Chiefs are set up in plus territory with a chance to put some more points on the board.
This has been the Xavier Worthy game for K.C. on offense, so far. Worthy has four catches for 61 yards and this touchdown which, after the PAT, puts the Chiefs up 7-6 on the first play of the second quarter.
I don't think backup lineman Mike Caliendo is available to add as a W/R/T in Yahoo Sports Fantasy Football leagues, but this was a big one to keep the Chiefs' drive alive.
Got the OL running routes and converting first downs.
Kansas City has run just four plays, and here's the 4th one — a sack by Bernard to force the punt and get the ball back to the Bills, who are off to a blistering start on both sides of the ball.
James Cook cashes in for Buffalo and the Bills take the early lead
The Mahomes interception turns into 6 for the Bills as Cook closes the deal from three yards out. Buffalo has been in this spot before, having beaten Kansas City in the regular season in each of the past three years.
Partick Mahomes tried to make some magic happen on this play, but Taylor Rapp came up with the pick to put Buffalo in business at the beginning of the first quarter.
Caleb Williams and the Bears' offense came alive, but a late special teams error prevented them from snapping the losing streak against their bitter rival.
Sitting the past couple weeks might seems to have helped Richardson, who threw and ran the ball well on Sunday and is already back looking like the Colts' QB of the future.
