Ominous start to the second half for the Ravens, who have a Lamar Jackson scrambled wiped out by a holding penalty, another Jackson scramble gain one yard, Diontae Johnson falling down after getting open and then Tylan Wallace getting stopped short on 3rd-and-19, with a declined illegal formation penalty to boot.

It's their fourth 3-and-out in six possessions. Bengals have so far shut down the NFL's top run game, and not given Jackson many open receivers.

Brandon Stephens could not get his left foot in bounds and his interception is ruled an incomplete pass after replay review.

Kyle Hamilton is questionable to return to the game with an ankle injury, the Ravens announce.

On 1st-and-5 from the Ravens' 14, Joe Burrow looked for Mike Gesicki in the left corner of the end zone on a flag route. But Brandon Stephens stepped in front for an apparent interception.

The play is being reviewed to determine if Stephens got both feet in bounds.

We're at the 2-minute warning and the Bengals have the ball at the Ravens' 49-yard line after a seven-yard pass from Joe Burrow to Tanner Hudson for a first down.

Derrick Henry gained 1 yard on first down, then Lamar Jackson passed for 4 yards to Charlie Kolar. But Jackson throws incomplete to Zay Flowers on the next play and the Ravens have to punt.

After a 48-yard Jordan Stout punt, the Bengals take over on their 27 with 4:02 remaining in the first half.

Cincinnati converted another fourth down with Tanner Hudson getting a 1-yard gain on a direct snap.

But Chase Brown is tackled for a 5-yard loss on the next play. After an incomplete pass, Joe Burrow is sacked by Nnamdi Madubuike on third down.

Ryan Rehkow punts 46 yards and the Ravens take over at their 20-yard line.

It's the Ravens' turn to go 3-and-out. Ronnie Stanley gets called for a false start on first down, followed by Zay Flowers getting tackled for a five-yard loss.

Already without Orlando Brown Jr. tonight, the Bengals may have lost another offensive tackle.

On 1st-and-10 from their 37, the Bengals' Ted Karras is called for holding. Cincinnati gets those yards back three plays later, with Joe Burrow completing three consecutive passes and getting the first down on a 7-yard out to Ja'Marr Chase.

Cincinnati faced a 3rd-and-10 from their 10, but Baltimore's Nate Wiggins is called for pass interference, grabbing Ja'Marr Chase on a crossing route. First down at the 23-yard line.

On the Ravens' first offensive play, Lamar Jackson throws deep to Rashod Bateman, who's triple-covered. The pass would've been a 40-yard gain, but goes incomplete.

Derrick Henry runs for a 6-yard gain on 2nd down, followed by Justice Hill gaining no yards on 3rd down. Baltimore has to punt.

A 54-yard kick by Jordan Stout gives Cincinnati the ball at their 10-yard line.

After a holding penalty gives Cincinnati 1st-and-goal at the 1-yard line, Chase Brown scores a touchdown. With the extra point, the Bengals take a 7–0 lead.

Brown's TD rush finished off a 12-play, 70-yard drive.

Joe Burrow threw to the end zone just before being tackled to Chase Brown, but the pass was incomplete. However, Brandon Stephens was called for holding Ja'Marr Chase. First down

The Bengals' Mike Gesicki makes a 3-yard catch at the left sideline to the Ravens' 2-yard line. John Harbaugh challenged the play, saying Gesicki didn't control the ball as he fell out of bounds.

Replay showed that Gesicki did make the catch and upheld the call, so Baltimore loses a timeout. Was the challenge worth three yards?

After finding an open spot in the pocket, Joe Burrow hits Ja'Marr Chase for a 26-yard gain on 3rd-and-9 to the Baltimore 30-yard line.

The Ravens won the coin toss and deferred. The Bengals will take the field first on offense.

As AFC North rivals, the Ravens and Bengals play twice a season. The two teams previously met in Week 5 with Baltimore winning in overtime, 41–38.

The Ravens forced OT on a 56-yard Justin Tucker field goal with 1:40 remaining in regulation.

Lamar Jackson threw for 348 yards and four touchdowns, completing 26-of-42 passes. He also rushed for 55 yards on 12 carries. Derrick Henry ran for 92 yards and a score on 15 rushes. And Zay Flowers had 7 catches for 111 yards.

Joe Burrow passed for 392 yards and five touchdowns on 30-for-39 passing. Ja'Marr Chase had 10 receptions for 193 yards and two TDs. Tee Higgins caught 9 passes for 93 yards and a score.

Before being placed on the inactive list for Week 9, the Bengals reportedly planned to make Jermaine Burton a big part of the game plan. Will we see that tonight?

Burton was also working with the return specialists during pregame, according to ESPN's Ben Baby.

The Amazon Prime NFL studio crew named their MVP picks at midseason. One of the quartet picked a quarterback we'll see tonight, the Ravens' Lamar Jackson.

The Ravens added some running back depth before Thursday's game, activating Keaton Mitchell from the PUP (Physically Unable to Perform) list earlier in the day.

Mitchell, 22, hasn't played since tearing his ACL in Week 15 versus the Jaguars last season.

Only Derrick Henry and Justice Hill have carried the ball this season for Baltimore. With the short week, Mitchell should get some work to give those two a break.

Tee Higgins is again inactive for the Bengals with a quad injury. However, Jermaine Burton is active after the team made him inactive in Week 9 following a no-show at last Saturday's walkthrough.

For the Ravens, tight end Isaiah Likely is inactive with a hamstring injury. Cornerback Tre'Davious White is also inactive after Baltimore acquired him from the Rams this week.
