The Fever nearly came back in this one but Washington held on at the very end. Caitlin Clark put up 29 points, 13 assists, five rebounds and five steals.

Indiana shot 53% from the floor and committed 21 turnovers.

Caitlin Clark made two free throws to make it a one-possession game. Ariel Atkins made a basket on the other end, but Clark made two more free throws to make it 87-84 with 45 seconds left.

Down 21 to start the fourth quarter, the Fever cut the lead to five at 1:41 with a free throw by Kelsey Mitchell. Indiana went on a 12-0 run. Caitlin Clark has 25 points and 13 assists. She has hit five 3s.
