Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold cleared to practice after completing concussion protocol

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Detroit Lions rookie cornerback Terrion Arnold was cleared to practice Tuesday after going through concussion protocol Monday. The team’s first draft pick in April stood out during the first two weeks of training camp in Allen Park, in part because of his talking and aggressiveness.

During the first joint practice here Monday at Quest Diagnostics Center, the New York Giants facility, Arnold was run over by a Giants offensive lineman on a run play and had to leave the field.
