With this recall, Szturc now has the opportunity to play another pre-season game with the Lightning. He will aim to impress, as it could help his chances of getting into NHL action at some point during this season.

Szturc, 21, was the captain of the Kelowna Rockets of the Western Hockey League (WHL) last season. The 5-foot-11 forward had a big season with the Rockets, posting career highs with 33 goals and 83 points in 62 games.
