Lakers' Austin Reaves, Lonnie Walker to miss at least 2 weeks with injuries
Anthony Davis is already out indefinitely for the Lakers with a foot injury
The Los Angeles Lakers’ injury issues are getting worse.
The Lakers announced Friday that Austin Reaves and Lonnie Walker IV would miss at least two weeks with their respective injuries. Reaves was diagnosed with a left hamstring strain, and Walker is dealing with left knee tendinitis.
Both are due to be evaluated again in two weeks.

Walker has missed the Lakers’ last three games. He’s averaged a career-high 14.7 points and 2.3 rebounds this season, his first with the team after spending his first four in the league with the San Antonio Spurs. Walker is shooting a career-best 45.5% from the field in 32 games, too.
Reaves has averaged 10.8 points and 3.1 rebounds this season, his second in the league. The 24-year-old dropped 15 points in the Lakers' win against the Charlotte Hornets earlier this week and had 11 points in their win over the Miami Heat on Wednesday.
Both injuries come with Anthony Davis sidelined with a stress injury in his foot. There is no clear timeline for his return, either.
Despite the injuries, the Lakers have won three straight and four of their last five. The team still sits at 17-21 headed into Friday’s game against the Atlanta Hawks — eight games back of first place in the Western Conference and 1.5 games out of the final play-in spot.
