Kentucky baseball tickets in Lexington Super Regional: Options for NCAA Tournament 2024

LEXINGTON — Kentucky baseball is in the NCAA Tournament Super Regionals for the second straight season (and third time overall). But for the first time in program history, UK will host a super regional.

The Wildcats, the No. 2 overall seed in the tournament, swept through the Lexington regional last week. Kentucky beat Western Michigan in its opener, followed by wins over Illinois and Indiana State, respectively.

Now, UK prepares for Oregon State (the No. 15 national seed) in a best-of-three super regional series at Kentucky Proud Park, with the victor sealing a spot in the College World Series.

Kentucky boasts 43-14 overall record entering the super regional. It won a season-record 22 SEC games during the regular season. And the Wildcats also claimed a share of the conference regular-season title for the second time. UK reached the semifinals of the SEC Tournament last month in Hoover, Alabama.

Oregon State is 45-14 in 2024. The Beavers are making their ninth super regional appearance and have captured three national championships (2006, 2007 and 2018).
