Kansas women’s basketball vs. BYU: Score, recap from Big 12 Conference tournament matchup
LAWRENCE — Kansas women’s basketball looked to pick up a Big 12 Conference tournament victory Friday against BYU.
The Jayhawks, a No. 7 seed, faced the No. 10-seed Cougars in the second round. They tipped off inside the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City. And the winner earned a spot Saturday in the quarterfinals against No. 2-seed Texas.
Kansas had already topped BYU twice this season. So, the Jayhawks entered with a chance to win three games in one season against one of the new members of the league. Here's what happened during the matchup, which could have been viewed on Big 12 NOW on ESPN+.
