Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow isn't sorry he's going to miss a Philadelphia Eagles legend during the Week 8 game between the teams.

Speaking with reporters ahead of the game, Burrow fielded a question about modern Eagles great Fletcher Cox in hilarious fashion.

“I hope he’s sitting on his couch and enjoying a nice steak dinner, away from the football field,” Burrow said.

Of course, Cox was one of the Eagles defenders who absolutely dismantled Burrow in an infamous game during his rookie season, and Cox had plenty of trash talk for him, too.

While Cox retired this past offseason, Burrow still has to worry about names like Jalen Carter and Nolan Smith Jr. behind an offensive line that has struggled over its last two games against similar front sevens.

Starting left tackle Orlando Brown Jr. is hurt now, too, complicating matters even more ahead of the tricky matchup.
