The New York Jets will face the Pittsburgh Steelers in their upcoming Week 7 matchup.

Even with it being a "Sunday Night Football" clash, it will still be the games, within the game, that will make all the difference.

Here are three key matchups to watch during Jets (2-4) versus the Steelers (4-2):

OL Morgan Moses vs. DE TJ Watt

Watt needs little introduction. A multi-time NFL sack leader, he already has 4.5 this season... so yes, he is good.

The player leading the line against him will be tackle Morgan Moses. He has had an up-and-down season. Pro Football Focus currently has him graded a 57.1 overall by their metrics, good for the 61st best tackle in the league among 76 qualifying players.

WR Davante Adams vs. CB Joey Porter Jr.

If Moses doesn't do his job, Adams might be irrelevant. Even so, he's going to be watched by everyone across the NFL during this prime-time matchup after he was landed by the Jets in a trade with the Las Vegas Raiders this week.

Porter had an interception against Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott two weeks ago. However, the Steelers' top cornerback has been shaky this year. His PFF grade is 51.4. That's No. 91 of 99 qualifying cornerbacks so far in 2024.

Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers will be looking for this matchup.

DE Will McDonald IV vs. OL Broderick Jones

McDonald has had some big games. Here's a good time for another one. The Steelers will be starting veteran quarterback Russell Wilson and he has been prone to make poor decisions when under pressure in recent years.
