The Jets and Bills both took a lot of penalties in their Week 6 matchup on "Monday Night Football" at MetLife Stadium.

Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers was not happy about it... but he blamed the referees above all else.

In the 23-20 loss for the Jets, both teams took 11 flags. Even on one against him, when Bills' pass rusher AJ Epenesa sacked Rodgers, the Jets QB did not agree.

Rodgers called out the NFL, saying even that was not worthy of a flag.
