Jayson Tatum is proud of how the Boston Celtics competed to beat the Brooklyn Nets and end losing streak
Jayson Tatum expressed his pride in the Boston Celtics’ performance against the Brooklyn Nets in their 121-107 win over Brooklyn at TD Garden on Friday night, ending their losing streak and notching the team’s first-ever in-season tournament victory. Tatum highlighted the team’s competitiveness on both ends of the court and their ability to generate good shots. He also praised their ball movement and dominant second-chance points from 3s.
After losing their first two games of the season, Tatum discussed how the team regrouped and showcased strong chemistry in this game. He emphasized the importance of responding to losses, which the Celtics did in a big way. Tatum also mentioned the significance of winning in front of their home crowd and on a new court. When asked about the tournament in Vegas, Tatum said winning the first game would be nice, but the focus was getting back in the win column.
