Jalen Ramsey injury news: Miami Dolphins inactives vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

MIAMI GARDENS — Jalen Ramsey of the Miami Dolphins has a fancy new contract extension, but is he playing against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium?

Yes, Ramsey is active.

Is Jalen Ramsey playing for Miami Dolphins on Sunday?

Ramsey has missed a lot of practice time in recent weeks due to a hamstring injury.

If Ramsey was unable to play, Miami was planning to lean on Ethan Bonner and/or Storm Duck opposite Kendall Fuller.

However, at 3:55 a.m. on Sunday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network posted this on X:

“Pro Bowl CB Jalen Ramsey, dealing with a hamstring injury, will attempt to play today, sources say. He's listed as questionable, and either way, he won't be full go. But he's planning to give it a try on a pitch count.”

Malik Washington injury news

Before the game, the Dolphins ruled rookie receiver Malik Washington out due to a quadriceps injury.

Miami elected to elevate veteran Robbie Chosen from the practice squad, bypassing the promotion of Erik Ezukanma.

Here are the Miami Dolphins inactives

RB Jaylen Wright: The rookie flashed in the preseason but Miami goes with Jeff Wilson up.

CB Ethan Bonner: He goes from possible starter to scratch. Storm Duck is active, special teams possibly a factor, here.

LB: Channing Tindall: There is great inside linebacker depth here.

OL: Andrew Meyer: This tells us Miami feels OK about Aaron Brewer, with Liam Eichenberg as backup.

WR Malik Washington: We'll see how bad his injury turns out to be.
