Injury Report: Klay Thompson late scratch vs. Sixers due to illness, Brandin Podziemski starting
While most of the attention was on the status of reigning Most Valuable Player Joel Embiid for Tuesday night, it was the Golden State Warriors that will be without a key starter against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Klay Thompson has been ruled out as a late scratch on Tuesday evening due to an illness. Rookie Brandin Podziemski will slide into the starting lineup alongside Steph Curry, Draymond Green, Dario Saric and Jonathan Kuminga against the Sixers.

After missing the previous two games, the 76ers will be welcoming Embiid back to the starting lineup on Tuesday against the Warriors.
