Injury analysis of Bills QB Mitchell Trubisky is still leaves questions
The status of Buffalo Bills quarterback Mitchell Trubisky still appears to be unknown.
Just this week, the Bills both signed quarterback Mike White to their practice squad and saw Mitchell Trubisky return to practice from a knee injury.
However, it's not just that cut and dry with the latter. Trubisky returned during a limited time period when the media was able to watch practice. It seems possible that after that, Trubisky did not do much.
That's because Trubisky was spotted still wearing a large brace on his leg and the analysis didn't seem too optimistic either.
Injury analyst for the Bills, "Banged Up Bills" on Twitter/X, gave their opinion on the way Trubisky looked. The bleak outlook suggests Trubisky still needs time.
The breakdown can be found below:
While that’s great to see Trubisky out there, he can’t step into his throw nor can he move laterally or bend his knee.
If the OL can promise to be the Great Wall of China, then maybe I’d be ok with Trubisky suiting up. #Bills https://t.co/TePaGrVhmV— Banged Up Bills (@BangedUpBills) August 28, 2024
