IHSAA basketball sectional finals: Scores, highlights, stats from Central Indiana
The IHSAA boys basketball state tournament started this week across the state.
Sectionals run through Saturday night. Below are the Central Indiana pairings that we'll update with live scores throughout the week. Here's a statewide list.

Parker Perdue made his only points of the game count in the clutch when his field goal in the waning moments broke a 47-all deadline and lifted the No. 1 Tigers (25-1) to their first sectional championship with a bruising win over the host Millers (22-3). Fishers took advantage of the 11th and final lead change of the game in the fourth quarter.

The No. 8 Giants (20-5) roared to a 15-4 lead in the first quarter and rolled past the Royals (15-10) for their 10th consecutive tournament victory, their fourth straight sectional championship and moved a step closer to a successful defense of their state title. Mark White and Mark Zackery both reached double figures in a balanced BD attack. Drew Kegerreis had 11 points to lead Roncalli.

Sectional 13: Center Grove 71, Martinsville 30
The No. 9 Trojans (20-4) roared to a 24-3 lead after one quarter and knocked the Artesians (4-20) out of the tournament with their 14th consecutive triumph. Jalen Bundy and Joen Schmitz had 15 points each and had half of CG’s 10 3-pointers in the win. For coach Zach Hahn, the sectional title marked his fifth crown in his 10 years at Center Grove.

Ben Slagley scored a clutch field goal in the closing seconds to lift the Dragons (21-5) to a hard-fought win over the Arabians (11-13) in the first sectional semifinal at Greenfield-Central. Pendleton Heights rolled to a 37-27 halftime lead, only to see New Pal score the first 14 points of third quarter. But Heights rallied behind Seth Laravia, who had eight of his game-best 21 points in a fourth-quarter rally to forged a tie going into the game-winning play by Slagley.
