Caitlin Clark set WNBA and franchise records Wednesday night as the Indiana Fever hit the Olympic break.

The No. 1 overall 2024 WNBA Draft pick had a league-record 19 assists in a 101-93 loss to the Dallas Wings. She had recorded 13 on five occasions this season. Courtney Vandersloot had 18 in a game for the Chicago Sky in 2020.

She finished the night with 213 assists for the season, through 26 games. Erica Wheeler had the previous record for a season, 201 in 2023.

Clark leads the league in assists with 8.2 per game. She also had 24 points Wednesday night and leads the Fever at 17.1 per game.
