On Thursday, NASCAR Cup Series regular Daniel Suarez became the latest driver to commit to running the United Rentals 300, the Xfinity Series opener set for next Saturday evening at Daytona International Speedway.
The race serves as the penultimate event of Speedweek, which will get underway on Wednesday with Daytona 500 pole qualifying. It all culminates in the 66th running of the Daytona 500 on Sunday, Feb. 18.
