Georgia women's basketball is set to host Houston Friday night in Stegeman Coliseum, continuing their season-opening, four-game homestand.

The latter is coming in off a 2-point loss to Texas-Rio Grande Valley, despite Gigi Cooke and Kierra Merchant combining for 36 of the 68 points — a career-high 18 for Cooke. A missed Houston three-pointer in the final three seconds was what decided it.

Georgia women's basketball injury updates
Georgia will be without redshirt sophomore guard Savannah Henderson, redshirt sophomore center/forward Fatima Diakhate, Kentucky-transfer redshirt senior forward Nyah Leveretter and freshman forward Mia Woolfolk on Friday.
There is no timetable for any of their returns, per a program spokesperson. It's a day-by-day process and no specifics were provided. Woolfolk was injured after Monday's game against NC Central, when she led the team with 18 points and 13 rebounds.
