How many Florida State football players were picked in 2024 NFL Draft? Every Seminole selected
Mike Norvell's first four years leading Florida State football produced just six NFL Draft picks.
The wind is blowing in the right direction, coming off a 13-1 season and an ACC championship for Norvell and the Seminoles after the program has had just one player drafted in each of the last two seasons. FSU had the third-most players (12) invited to the NFL combine, and heard one of those players' names called at the 2024 NFL Draft during Thursday's first round.

Jared Verse — who spurned entering the 2023 NFL Draft despite likely being a first-round pick — was the first FSU player taken off the board. He went No. 19 overall to the Los Angeles Rams, making him the fourth defensive player off the board. He is just the second FSU first-round pick since 2020.
Florida State saw more players off the board on Day 2, with wide receiver Keon Coleman, defensive tackle Braden Fiske, cornerback Renardo Green, running back Trey Benson, and cornerback Jarrian Jones all being selected.
Day 3 got the Seminoles to double digits, with Jordan Travis being picked up by the Jets, Johnny Wilson going to the Eagles, Jaheim Bell joining the new-look Patriots, and Tatum Bethune being drafted by the 49ers. It was the fourth double-digit class for Florida State since 1994, and tied for the third-largest class in that span.
