Flyers Goalie Prospect Recalled From KHL Loan

Philadelphia Flyers goaltending prospect Yegor Zevragin has been called back to SKA Saint Petersburg after a stint on loan with HC Sochi.

Zavragin, who turned 19 in August, recorded a .941 save percentage and one shutout across six games played.

He has been consistently ranked as one of the most promising prospects in the Flyers system, and one of the top goaltending prospects in the world.

Many fans have drawn comparisons to current Flyers star prospect Matvei Michkov, who also spent time on loan from SKA Saint Petersburg at HC Sochi.

Zavragin's current contract is a two-way deal that runs until May 31, 2027.
