Florida State football lands 4-star offensive lineman who de-committed from USC on Friday
Florida State football remains on fire on the recruiting trail, flipping 4-star offensive tackle Manasse Itete from USC on Saturday.
Itete, a 6-foot-5, 290-pound lineman, de-committed from the Trojans on Friday and announced his decision to commit to the Seminoles on Saturday.
He is originally from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and is the No. 142 overall prospect and No. 12 offensive tackle in the 2024 class, according to 247Sports. He attends Central Catholic High in Modesto, California.
Itete becomes the third offensive linemen commit for FSU, joining 4-star offensive tackle Jonathan Daniels (Pine Forest High) and 3-star offensive lineman Tye Hylton (Oviedo High).
He made an unofficial visit to Tallahassee on April 14 and was trending towards joining the Seminoles. However, he committed USC on June 5 following an official visit on June 2.
