The Atlanta Falcons have been tinkering with their roster all offseason long, but they made a pair of game-changing moves last week. The team traded for outside linebacker Matthew Judon and signed safety Justin Simmons, giving head coach Raheem Morris and defensive coordinator Jimmy Lake some serious firepower.
Now that the defense is potentially on par with the offense, the Falcons are ready to make some noise this season. The team officially added Simmons to the roster on Sunday, releasing wide receiver James Washington in a corresponding move.
