The Atlanta Falcons announced another transaction Wednesday afternoon, signing former UFL linebacker Storey Jackson to their 90-man roster and releasing punter Ryan Sanborn in a corresponding move.

Jackson, 26, spent this past season as a member of the UFL's Arlington Renegades. With the Falcons losing outside linebacker Bralen Trice to an ACL injury, Jackson can help fill in by playing multiple spots and contributing on special teams.

The Falcons have made several roster moves over the last week due to injuries. The team placed Trice, Rondale Moore and Harrison Hand on the injured reserve list. Safety DeMarcco Hellams avoided IR but will remain out for some time, according to head coach Raheem Morris.

The Falcons play their second preseason game on Saturday afternoon against the Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium. Check out the team's latest depth chart and updated 90-man roster.
