So what exactly is going on with American gymnast, Jordan Childs bronze medal.
Here's everything that you need to know.
Remember back when Childs took home the bronze medal in the individual floor exercise after her coaches appealed her degree of difficulty to the judges and they agreed bumping Childs to the bronze medal and knocking Romanian Anna Barbas su off the podium.
But here's where things get interesting.
The Romanians appealed to the court of arbitration for sport that the Americans initial appeal to the judges came one minute and four seconds after the score was posted for the rule book, all appeals must be made within just one minute.
On Sunday, the IOC determined the score adjustment should not have counted and that childs must return the bronze medal and be real located to Barbas.
But that's not all usa gymnastics announced that they have formally submitted a letter and time stamped video evidence proving that the coaches inquiry to adjust childs score came just 47 seconds after the score was initially posted.
What comes next is now once again in the hands of the court of arbitration for sport
