Dripping Springs' Anderson makes under-19 USA national volleyball team

Dripping Springs volleyball player Henley Anderson will represent Team USA.

Anderson was one of 12 players named to the under-19 national team that will compete in the girls NORCECA indoor continental championship July 12-20 in Honduras. The American-Statesman's two-time reigning Central Texas player of the year, she spent the last week training with USA volleyball in Anaheim, Calif.

She was chosen from 20 players at the training.

Anderson will be a junior for the Tigers this fall.
