Who should you draft first overall in fantasy football in 2024? A quick guide with the answer
It's the biggest decision in fantasy football. You have the first overall pick, a gift bestowed from the fantasy gods on the hopeful road to a championship (remember, one pick does not a ring make).
But if you're here, you're wondering: who do you take with that first pick?

In most any kind of league -- points-per-reception (PPR), non-PPR and so on -- you will be taking Christian McCaffrey, the all-around incredible running back for the San Francisco 49ers. I have seen some folks ponder fellow RBs Bijan Robinson or Breece Hall, or Cowboys wideout CeeDee Lamb. But no. CMC gives you the highest ceiling with the all-around stats as the centerpiece of the Niners' offense.
The only exception? If you're in a superflex league in which quarterbacks can be put into your flex spot. Then I'd say Josh Allen or Jalen Hurts should go first.
That's it! Good luck!
