Detroit Tigers MLB draft 2024: All 21 players the team picked
Detroit Tigers president of baseball operations Scott Harris concluded his second draft as the man in charge on Tuesday.
Last year, the Tigers selected high school outfielder Max Clark with the No. 3 overall pick, and while nothing is for certain, the sweet-swinging lefty started in center field and batted leadoff for the American League team in the All-Star Futures Game on Saturday.
After finishing second in the AL Central last year, the Tigers held the No. 11 overall pick in the 2024 draft. They took Los Angeles-area high school shortstop Bryce Rainer with their first pick.
