Dan Campbell’s emotional locker room speech after Detroit Lions’ playoff win is a must-watch
Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell never disappoints in his post-game locker room speeches.
Following the Lions’ 24-23 win over the Los Angeles Rams Sunday night at Ford Field to advance in the playoffs, Campbell spoke to the team and staff to sum up the victory.
"We play Sunday back here at home, guys," he says as the room exploded with cheers.
"Dude, how electric was it out there?," Campbell says of the atmosphere at Ford Field. "I'm tellin' you what, it doesn't get any better.
"It's everything you dream of and then more. That's outstanding work."

Campbell goes on to explain that he has two game balls to give out.
"When you come in three years ago like me and this guy did and you had a vision and you start working together and you've got an idea how you want to build it and the type of players you're looking for and how you wanna go top to bottom ... and you are in lockstep," Campbell says.
"But without this (expletive) guy, Brad Holmes," he says handing General Manager Holmes the ball as they hug.
To Holmes, "I love you, man," Campbell says. "Great job."
"I absolutely love every single person in this room, man," Holmes says, choked up with emotion while holding the football. "We were intentional on being about grit alright and earning it. … We went through darkness and it shaped us, alright. It shaped us for this moment."
"Thank you. Appreciate it. Especially this guy here," Holmes continues pointing the football he was just handed straight at Campbell.
"I love you, man," Campbell says to Holmes.
Campbell then gets thrown the second football and simply says, "I will just say it like this … You're good enough for (expletive) Detroit, Jared Goff."
Goff, looks down with shy smile, and approaches the center while encouraging the team to "bring it in."
"I love and appreciate you guys more than (expletive) know, I promise you that," he says.
"This is just beginning, boys," Goff says alluding to the road to the Super Bowl. "We have three more of these."
Detroit will host the winner of the matchup between the No. 4 seed Tampa Bay Buccaneers and No. 5 seed Philadelphia Eagles, who play at 8:15 Monday night, on Sunday afternoon at Ford Field.
