Current and former Chiefs players react to DeAndre Hopkins trade
According to a report by NFL insider Ian Rapoport on Wednesday morning, the Kansas City Chiefs acquired star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins in a trade with the Tennessee Titans.
The Chiefs have been in need of another pass-catcher after injuries have plagued their receiving corps this season, and general manager Brett Veach shocked the football world by trading for a player of Hopkins' caliber.
The addition of Hopkins, who just entered his eleventh year in the league, is expected to bring a much-needed veteran presence to Kansas City's offense as the Chiefs look to win their third consecutive Super Bowl this season.
