College football top 100 player ratings: Where LSU players rank in 'College Football 25'
The release of EA Sports "College Football 25" is right around the corner, and college football fans got another glimpse of the video game's details and features on Wednesday.
And it's one that should excite LSU football fans.
On Wednesday, EA Sports released its top-100 player rankings for "College Football 25" — which comes out on July 19 — and LSU junior offensive lineman Will Campbell came in at No. 2, only behind Michigan cornerback Will Johnson.

Campbell, who is projected to go No. 6 overall to the New England Patriots in ESPN's Matt Miller's too early 2025 NFL mock draft, is coming off a standout sophomore season in Baton Rouge where he earned All-SEC first team honors. He played all 806 offensive snaps last season for the Tigers, who led the country in scoring (45.5) and total yards (543.5) per game.
Three other Tigers joined Campbell in the video game's top-100 rankings: left outside linebacker Harold Perkins Jr., right tackle Emery Jones Jr. and tight end Mason Taylor. Both Perkins Jr. and Jones Jr. are just one of two players at their position in the rankings.
