ESPN NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting the first addition to Cleveland Cavaliers coach Kenny Atkinson’s staff.

Jordan Ott, who spent the past two seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, will join the team as an assistant coach. Ott and Atkinson have history together.

He served as an assistant with the Brooklyn Nets on Steve Nash's staff with Atkinson and Jacque Vaughn until 2022. Prior to that he served as video coordinator for the Atlanta Hawks from 2013-16.

A McConnellsburg, Pa., native, Ott received a bachelors degree in sports management from Penn State and a masters in athletic administration from Michigan State.
