The Oklahoman’s Class 2A championship picks
Jordan Davis: Dale. The two-time defending champion Pirates have yet to lose a game since the calendar turned and may be on their way to keeping that streak alive. Dale's size and defensive prowess have allowed it to keep up with competition all across the state, no matter the class. Dayton Forsythe has more experience than most playing in March, so expect the OU signee to continue rolling at State Fair Arena.
Hallie Hart: Dale. The mighty Pirates have continued to stack their schedule with tough competition, so they’re ready to roll through the state tournament. Dayton Forsythe is the biggest name on this team, but the Pirates have several standouts who work with the OU signee to keep opponents on their toes.
