.

The Kansas City Chiefs are entering Week 11 as the only undefeated team in the NFL.

This afternoon, the defending Super Bowl champions conducted their first practice of the week in preparation for a highly anticipated tilt against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, November 17.

In their injury report, the Chiefs revealed which players participated in today's drills.

This included some big surprises for fans; the return of defensive lineman Charles Omenihu and running back Isiah Pachecho, who made their first appearances at practice after long stints on Kansas City's injured reserve list.

While Omenihu and Pachecho prepare to make late-season comebacks, many other Chiefs who have been active in recent weeks were listed on Wednesday's injury report.
