The catch by Goff came in the midst of a perfect streak of completions, as Goff completed the first 18 passes he attempted on Monday night. And yet, he didn't have what the NFL considers a "perfect" passer rating, 158.3, because he didn't have enough TD passes. With 5 minutes left in the fourth quarter, Goff had "only" a 155.3 rating.
