Here are changes for Nashville Predators season ticket holders next season

Come next season, the Nashville Predators are saying: "So long, Season Ticket Citizen. Hello, Smashville Loyal."

The team announced Thursday that it is augmenting and rebranding its season ticket holder program with a new initiative aimed at "enhanced loyalty benefits, unprecedented access and all-encompassing experiences that go beyond the game."

Smashville Loyal, a year-round experience that will launch for the 2024-25 season, will consist of four tiers — Silver (first-year season ticket holders); Platinum (2-4 years); Diamond (5-9 years); and Gold (10-plus years).

Discount pricing, access and potential experiences will be based on the length of a season ticket holder's tenure.

"Sort of a remix or reinvention of the program," Predators chief revenue officer Dionna Widder said. "Most traditional season-ticket programs emphasize product. We are taking a new approach. We're emphasizing the people."

For example, Gold members will receive a 30% discount at the team store, whereas now they receive 20%. Diamond members will receive 25% off, and Platinum will receive 20%.

Wait, there's more

There also will be a rewards program.

The Smashville Loyal initiative will give members access to exclusive events such as movie nights, Q&As with coaches, golf outings, hockey clinics and meet-and-greets with players.

"Your access won't just be seasonal," Widder said. "We are rolling out an extensive events calendar. The events are shaped around their passion for the game and it gets them more access to the team."

Members also will get exclusive team gear and discounts at the concession stands, and tickets for some other events at Bridgestone Arena ad F&M Bank Arena.

Finally, the program will feature automatic enrollment, which will allow members a more convenient way to maintain their tickets and benefits.

"I think it's important we really emphasize the commitment of time they put into this organization as well as their investment of dollars," Widder said.
