Caitlin Clark was noncommittal when asked about potentially joining the Unrivaled 3x3 League
Indiana Fever rookie guard Caitlin Clark hasn't played basketball in almost a month, but she's already being asked about her plans after her first WNBA season is over.
While talking with media on Tuesday, Clark discussed if she was interested in playing with the Unrivaled 3x3 League, a new 3-on-3 organization started by WNBA veterans Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier.
"The league is set to feature six teams of five players and a 'compressed full court' style of play. In a news release, Unrivaled touted its commitment to all players having 'equity and a vested interest' in the league, as well as promising to offer 'the highest average salary” in women’s pro sports,'" USA TODAY's Lindsay Schnell reported back in May.
When asked about joining said league, Clark said that she's "just focused on [the Fever] right now, one thing at a time," but she also didn't outright deny that she could take part in the league, per IndyStar's Chloe Peterson.
Peterson noted that Collier promised at least four WNBA rookies would be participating in the new league, including Chicago Sky standout Angel Reese.

The Unrivaled 3x3 League will kick off in January 2025, which Clark would hypothetically have the time to join if she's interested.
For now, it appears her sole focus is on Indiana and her WNBA career.
