Buffalo Bills defensive end out for game, receives X-rays on injured wrist
The Buffalo Bills lost two defensive ends in the second half against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.
Dawuane Smoot left with a wrist injury and Casey Toohill suffered a knee injury.
Smoot was initially ruled questionable to return but was downgraded to out. He was taken into the locker room for X-rays.
Toohill was hurt on the first play of the fourth quarter. He but returned to the game five plays later.
Smoot, 29, is in his first year with the Bills after seven seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He missed the first two games of the season with a toe injury.
