Like father, like son.

Making his college basketball debut for Southern California, Bronny James brought the Trojans crowd to its feet with a play his dad, LeBron James, made famous.

With just under five minutes left in the first half, Long Beach State guard Jadon Jones drove toward the basket. As he went up for a layup, Bronny James chased him down and blocked the shot from behind.

In the front row? LeBron James and the rest of his family. You could say they were witnesses.

LeBron James is fresh off winning the NBA's inaugural In-Season Tournament and being named the event's MVP.

The 19-year-old freshman came off the bench for the Trojans (5-3) on Sunday against Long Beach State (6-4).

James suffered cardiac arrest on July 20 during a workout at Galen Center, where USC plays. He was found to have a congenital heart defect that was treatable.

James was recently cleared by his doctors and USC's medical staff to participate in full-contact practice. Previously, he had been limited to working out on his own, doing weights, cardio and shooting.

For the game, an 84-79 overtime win by Long Beach State, Bronny James played  17 minutes, finishing 1-for-3 from the field with four points, three rebounds, two assists, two steals and that memorable block.
