Who is broadcasting the WCWS? TV channels, schedule for 2024 Women's College World Series

The 2024 Women's College World Series is finally here.

The first day of action starts with four games, all broadcast on the ESPN network. The action begins with a meeting between No. 14 national seed Alabama vs. No. 6 UCLA at 11 a.m. CT at Devon Park in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The five-day double-elimination format starts Thursday and runs through Monday. The championship begins Wednesday, June 5, with a best-of-three-game series between the two remaining teams.

Oklahoma ― looking to pull off the first-ever four-peat in college softball history ― swept Florida State last season in the 2023 WCWS, then knocked the Seminoles off in the super regional round to reach OKC yet again.

Here's what you need to know about the broadcast information for the WCWS, including the TV channels, streaming options and broadcasters for each game.

All 17 potential games for the 2024 WCWS — including both the double elimination portion and championship series — are set to be broadcast on the ESPN family of networks, including ABC, ESPN and ESPN2. The games can also be streamed on the ESPN app (with a cable login).

Other options include ESPN+ and Fubo, the latter of which carries ESPN networks and offers a free trial to select users.

Who is broadcasting the 2024 WCWS?

ESPN will have two broadcast crews calling the first five days of the double-elimination format. Beth Mowins, the "Voice of Softball," will handle the play-by-play for the first crew. Former All-Americans Jessica Mendoza and Michele Smith will be analysts and Holly Rowe will join the team as the sideline reporter.

The Mowins-Mendoza-Smith-Rowe quartet will also handle the best-of-three-game series championship from Wednesday, June 3, to Friday, June 5.

Kevin Brown (play-by-play) will head the second broadcast crew. Two-time All-American Amanda Scarborough will act as an analyst and reporter Alyssa Lang will serve as the sideline reporter.

Pre- and post-game analysis shows will also be live from Devon Park. Pam Ward and analysts Danielle Lawrie and Madison Shipman will host the shows. Scarborough will join the trio ahead of the championship series.
