The new king of European club soccer was crowned on Saturday when Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid met in Milan in a rematch of the 2014 Champions League final in Lisbon. A late Atleti equalizer forced extra time, but Real prevailed 5-3 in the penalty shootout to win its 11th European Cup.
