Inter Milan complete treble, Diego Milito embarrasses defenders

They won Serie A, they won the Coppa Italia, and now Inter Milan have completed the rare feat of a treble by winning the Champions League -- their first European Cup since 1965 -- by taking out the English champions (Chelsea), the Spanish champions (Barcelona), and the German champions (Bayern Munich) along the way.

Though Inter had a tremendous performance from goalkeeper Julio Cesar and others, Man of the Match honors would probably have to go to their Argentine striker, Diego Milito, who scored all the pretty goals in the 2-0 victory over Bayern Munich in Madrid. Milito's second goal was particularly painful for Bayern since he completely destroyed defender Daniel van Buyten to seal up the lead in the 70th minute. It's amazing van Buyten's ankles didn't fall off on that one (although any confidence he had certainly did).

It all pretty much went according to Inter manager Jose Mourinho's master plan, which should be expected from The Special One at this point.
