Another week, another prime time game for the Buffalo Bills. The Super Bowl favorites are looking for another dominant performance on the big stage.
Buffalo hosts the Tennessee Titans at Highmark Stadium at 7:15 p.m. on ESPN. It's been 10 days since Buffalo overpowered the defending Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams.
Buffalo will try to keep pace with its fellow AFC East teams as the Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots and New York Jets all won Week 2 games on Sunday.

First, the Bills dismantled last year's Super Bowl winner. Now, they demolished last season's AFC No. 1 seed. Buffalo scored the final 34 points after the game was tied at 7 in the first quarter. The Bills dominated in all three phases and had 414 total yards to 187 for the Titans. Josh Allen completed 26 of 38 passes for four touchdowns. Stefon Diggs had 12 catches for 148 yards and two touchdowns. The Bills intercepted Ryan Tannehill twice, including a pick six by linebacker Matt Milano.
Bills defense recovers fumble - 10:44 4th quarter
The Bills' defense forced another turnover. Malik Willis lost the ball on a run and it was recovered by Boogie Basham.
Case Keenum enters at quarterback for Bills - :14 3rd quarter
Buffalo has put in its backups on offense. Case Keenum's first action of the season resulted in a three-and-out.
Titans waving the white flag at end of third quarter
Rookie quarterback Malik Willis has relieved Ryan Tannehill for the Titans. Derrick Henry has his gloves off on the sideline.
Matt Milano pick six puts Bills up 41-7 - 3:49 3rd quarter
Make that 34 unanswered points for the Bills. Ryan Tannehill threw his second pick in as many possessions and this time it resulted in a touchdown. Linebacker Matt Milano stepped in front of a pass over the middle and returned it 43 yards for a touchdown.

Josh Allen throws laser to Stefon Diggs for their third TD - Bills 34, Titans 7
Stefon Diggs versus the Titans' cornerback is not far. Josh Allen fired a 14-yard touchdown pass to Diggs for their third TD hookup of the game. Allen has tallied his 15th career 300-yard game.

Ryan Tannehill throws interception to Jordan Poyer - 6:46 3rd quarter
The Bills defense is starting to make big plays. Jordan Poyer picked off a Ryan Tannehill pass after it was tipped multiple times. Poyer dove for the pick at the Buffalo 49-yard line.
Tyler Bass makes 37-yard field goal - Bills 27, Titans 7
Buffalo only managed 1 yard after the muffed punt but extended its lead on Tyler Bass' field goal.
Bills punt for first time this year and recover fumble - 8:22 3rd quarter
Sam Martin does exist. The Buffalo Bills punter saw his first action of the season and it resulted in a Titans' turnover. Martin's end over end punt went off the shoulder pad of rookie Kyle Philips. Tyrel Dodson jumped on the fumble near the sideline at the Tennessee 20-yard line.

Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs are unstoppable, connect on second TD - Bills 24, Titans 7
The Bills have scored 17 straight points. Josh Allen converted a third-and-9 with a 16-yard pass to Jamison Crowder before the Stefon Diggs show commenced. Diggs bullied his way for catches of 9 and 8 yards before catching a 46-yard touchdown in stride. Diggs has 10 catches for 128 yards and two touchdowns.

Dane Jackson put on stretcher and ambulance with head injury - :45 2nd quarter
Dane Jackson has suffered an injury and has been carted off the field. Jackson was injured tackling Treylon Burks after a 12-yard gain in the final minute of the half. Bills teammate Tremaine Edmunds came flying in to help with the tackle and lowered a shoulder into Jackson's helmet. Jackson was wrapping up Burks and lying on his stomach when his head snapped back. He stayed down on his back before medical personnel arrived. An ambulance and stretcher came onto the field for Jackson.
The Bills are taking Jackson to Erie County Medical Center for a CT scan and X-rays. He has full movement in his arms and legs.

Allen throws TD to Stefon Diggs on fourth down - Bills 17, Titans 7
Buffalo hadn't been good in short yardage. Until that touchdown. Josh Allen avoided pressure after play action and rolled left before throwing it back to his right for Stefon Diggs for a 4-yard touchdown with 1:00 left in the second quarter.

Josh Allen hits Jake Kumerow on deep shot - 3:18 2nd quarter
Buffalo's possession started with a 5-yard loss by Devin Singletary before Josh Allen took over. Allen connected with Dawson Knox over the middle for 16 yards and then went deep for Jake Kumerow down the left sideline for 40 yards. Stefon Diggs made back-to-back catchers of 15 and 9 yards to to get to the Titans' 4-yard line at the two-minute warning.

Derrick Henry blown up by Von Miller - 5:43 2nd quarter
Derrick Henry came into the possession with 12 yards on six carries. It didn't get any better for him. Henry picked up 4 yards on first down and then was dropped in the backfield for a 4-yard loss by Von Miller. Rookie running back Hassan Haskins caught a short pass for no gain on third down and the Titans went three-and-out.
Three of Henry's eight carries have gone for negative yardage.

Tyler Bass kicks 49-yard field goal - Bills 10, Titans 7
Buffalo went eight plays and 46 yards and took the lead with a field goal. Josh Allen opened the possession with a 28-yard strike over the middle to Isaiah McKenzie. Two Titans penalties gave the Bills a first down at the Titans' 35-yard line. It appeared the Titans jumped on fourth-and-1 but Buffalo's Greg Van Roten, who is playing center for Mitch Morse, was called for a false start for not being in the neutral zone. That forced Tyler Bass' 49-yard field goal attempt.
Tennessee punts after penalty halts promising drive - 9:54 2nd quarter
Ryan Tannehill converted a third-and-1 with a 2-yard run. Linebacker Tremaine Edmunds came untouched up the middle to sack Tannehill for an 8-yard loss but three plays later hit Treylon Burks for a 16-yard gain on third-and-long. A 17-yard screen pass to Robert Woods was negated by a facemask penalty on center Ben Jones and that stopped Tennessee's momentum. The Titans completed two short passes before Ryan Stonehouse punted on fourth-and-22. Jamison Crowder returned the punt 10 yards to the Bills' 18.
Bills turn it over on downs - 1:18 1st quarter
Buffalo's offense still hasn't punted this year but it has been stopped. The Bills went for it on fourth-and-1 from the Titans' 31. A safety blitz bottled up Josh Allen, who tried to throw the ball as he was wrapped up and was nearly intercepted.

Ryan Tannehill opened Tennessee's first possession with a 14-yard completion to rookie Treylon Burks. The Titans pickd up another first down on a roughing the passer penalty on defensive end Greg Rousseau. Tannehill hit tight end Austin Hooper for 10 yards to put the TItans in the red zone. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine caught a 13-yard pass on third and-14 to set up fourth down from the 2-yard line. Derrick Henry lowered his shoulder for the touchdown.

Reggie Gilliam breaks tackle, scores on Buffalo's first possession - Bills 7, Titans 0
Buffalo's prolific offense got the ball first. Josh Allen started with a short completion to Stefon Diggs and then Devin Singletary burst up the middle for a 16-yard gain. Bills center Mitch Morse was injured on the fourth play from scrimmage but was able to walk off under his own power. Josh Allen picked up 10 yards and an elusive scramble which he hurdled a defender on third-and-9. Allen connected to Jake Kumerow on third-and-8 for 11 yards. Buffalo converted another third down with a 12-yard reception by Dawson Knox. Reggie Gilliam got the Bills on the board. Josh Allen found Gilliam for a short completion and the little-used fullback spun out of a tackle and then sprinted down the left sideline for a touchdown. Josh Allen completed passes to five different receivers on the drive.
