The surging Cincinnati Bengals are heading to primetime in Week 11.

Monday, the NFL announced the Bengals' game against the Los Angeles Chargers will now slot in the "Sunday Night Football" role at 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC.

The game was originally scheduled for a late-afternoon kickoff on CBS and replaces the middling Indianapolis vs. New York Jets game.

At 4-5 at the time of the flex coming out of a five-touchdown showing from Joe Burrow, the Bengals are in a position to make a playoff push.

So, too, are the Jim Harbaugh-led Chargers, a 5-3 squad and winners of two straight that continue to get healthier and also put themselves in the playoff race.
