Ben Simmons has reached the "put up house for sale" phase of his campaign to get out of Philadelphia.

The Philadelphia 76ers point guard's home landed on a number of public real estate websites, including Zillow and Trulia, on Tuesday, per NBA Philadelphia. The New Jersey mansion, located a mere 23 miles from the Sixers' Wells Fargo Center, has an asking price of $5 million.

The home listing is hardly confirmation that Simmons is hellbent on leaving the Sixers organization. He made that more than clear with leaks that he never wants to play for the team again and a holdout that lasted for much of training camp, which only ended after the Sixers started withholding his $33 million salary.

Things once again came to a head this week, when Simmons decided to practice with his phone in his pocket, which resulted in him getting thrown out of practice and suspended one game.

Getting his house sold won't expedite Simmons' exit — he'll either need the Sixers to lower their asking price or a team to pony up big for that — but it's one more brushstroke in an ugly picture for the player and team.

If you're wondering what kind of house a pro basketball player buys in his early 20s, the public nature of Simmons' listing provides a window.

Among the amenities listed in the five-bedroom, six-bathroom, 10,477-square-foot house are a double-island kitchen, formal dining room with wine wall, walk-in pantry, something described as playroom/second office/dog room, movie room featuring a fish tank, three-car garage, plenty of outdoor space and a primary bedroom with wet bar, fireplace, private terrace and en suite bathroom.

As far as we can tell from the 73 photos included with the listing, there is one basketball hoop on the entire property. You can see it in the right edge at the end of driveway, with few other amenities.

The funny part about this listing is that there is little indication this house actually belongs to Simmons or any celebrity ... until you scroll down to the end of photos and see how part of the basement is decorated.

There's even a custom neon sign reading "Simmo the Savage!", the player's gamertag since he was a teenager.
