Frank, the wheels have fallen off Carolina and I'm saying that polite, they, the Carolina were they ever on?

Were they ever on?

They were ones one Sunday they were on.

I picked a bad, I picked a bad fall to be sober.

I'm just telling you that like California is sober.

Let's not get it twisted kids.

Uh, the, the Bears turn around and get a 36 to 10 win over Carolina and, uh, look, this is, this is fine.

The Bears feel like they're waking up and I want to make this a big deal and I, I love, again, we get some of those great plays at the quarterback position that we're like.

This is why Caleb was, everyone was infatuated.

I love all that.

But also I found myself the whole time ticking in the back of my head.

It's Carolina.

Yeah.

Yeah, it is.

It's true.

It's, yeah, it's hitting home runs in September off of some pitcher.

They called up when the rosters expanded like, uh, I guess, ok.

Uh, yes, Caleb looked good today.

Very good.

It was his best game by far as a pro over 300 yards.

He had Twitter, there was two touchdowns in the first half.

Uh, the running game was good.

The receivers mostly got all, all involved, but it's the Panthers.

Like, what do you take from this?

I think you could be confident, you know, I mean, if you're the Bears, you, you say, hey, you know, build on this Caleb, you, you did really good.

You could use that to, to build some confidence in the kid.

But at the end of the day, you're probably like, like, ok, it's gonna get tougher next week because we're not playing the Panthers again.

This Panthers defense is awful.

Like, even though the offense, I, I was excited for a bet, I get it.

It was the Raiders and I shouldn't have been too excited maybe, but still after Andy Dalton's first game, you're like, maybe this Panthers team is kind of gonna be reborn and be a feisty kinda, they gonna be a playoff contender or anything, but at least be competitive the rest of the season and their offense still has looked a lot more viable with Andy Dalton in there, but the defense is just in Shambles.

This is, 00, it's bad.

Like, I think everybody's just, when do we get the Panthers on the schedule?

Because I want to get my, that's up.

I get, I wanna get my 150 yard game here because we're playing the Panthers.

I wanna throw for 300 because we're playing the Panthers.

It's just, it's a nonfunctioning NFL franchise at this point.

It's not gonna get better this year.

Bryce Young got in late and we were just reminded that, well, they screwed that up.

So, yeah, the Panthers are in for a long, long year.

They, they should be happy.

They got that win because we're otherwise we'd be like, hey, is this Panthers, Steve going on 117?

Like, we'd, we'd have to start a conversation pretty soon.

That's how bad they've looked in our other four games.
