Antonio Brown calls reported trade to Bills 'fake news' as Twitter laughs at his apparent plight
Antonio Brown has spent his entire career playing with a Hall-of-Fame bound quarterback on a Super Bowl contender.
Now he’s reportedly headed to frigid Buffalo, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport to play with second-year quarterback Josh Allen, a guy who didn’t exactly light the NFL on fire his rookie season.
The internet thinks this is hilarious, with many on social media posting jokes about the plight of the prototypical diva wide receiver.
Brown calls Buffalo report ‘fake news’
Brown himself apparently didn’t believe the NFL Network report, commenting on an Instagram post calling it “fake news.”

Conflicting report out of Buffalo
But is Brown right? Another report from a Bills beat writer says no deal is imminent.
An NFL source says #Bills have inquired about Antonio Brown with the #Steelers, but no deal is imminent. In fact, another league source termed it "unlikely."

Before the second report dropped, Brown was the source of a lot of laughs on Twitter.

Antonio Brown really requested a trade to a place where he can win and the Pittsburgh Steelers sent him to the Buffalo Bills, who haven’t won a playoff game in Josh Allen’s lifetime

Part of me was kind of interested in seeing how Antonio Brown would spiral out of control after living in Las Vegas for 3 years and becoming BFF with Floyd Mayweather. I’m sure he’ll have fun in Buffalo tho....

This is too damn perfect. Antonio Brown is about to learn EXACTLY what Larry Fitzgerald said he would learn about playing with a HOF quarterback his entire career.
