Yankees manager Aaron Boone liked the "left on left" matchup of Nestor Cortes Jr. and Freddie Freeman in the 10th inning of Game 1 of the World Series but the strategy backfired as Freeman launched a walk-off three-run HR to give the Dodgers a 6-3 win and a 1-0 lead in the series. Boone said the Yankees have bounced back from tough losses all year long and "they will be ready to roll" for Game 2 on Saturday night.
