Quakertown's Mason Ziegler and Calvin Lachman, Conwell-Egan's Charlie Robson, Council Rock North's Eren Sement, Faith Christian's Joey Bachmann, Chase Hontz and Cael Weidemoyer and Council Rock South's Bek Sadriddinov are all capable of making a serious run at a PIAA gold medal.

Faith Christian ran away with the PIAA Class 2A team title last year in Hershey (having nine state medalists, including two state champs, will do that) with 151 team points, 50 more than Notre Dame-Green Pond of District 11 and 80 more than third-place Bishop McDevitt of District Three. Can the Lions do it again? With an even more powerful team? The answer is yes.
